What Youll Do:

• ? Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate sales opportunities
• ? Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
• ? Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates
• ? Follow up with potential clients to close deals and maximize earnings
• ? Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using a CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred)
• ? Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

What Were Looking For:

• ?? Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office
• ?? Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and sales experience (flooring/home improvement experience is a plus)
• ?? Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
• ?? Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• ?? Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• ?? Preferred experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
