Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business development and cross-functional teams to strategize custom solutions for late-stage biopharma opportunities
  • Develop and build external-facing sales materials, including PowerPoint presentations and bid defense documents
  • Lead review meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment with sales objectives and solution positioning
  • Leverage market insights and previous deliverables to recommend new solution positioning
  • Align with marketing and commercial operations to inform strategy and go-to-market messaging

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales support, with demonstrated knowledge of best practices
  • Expertise in creating external-facing sales slides and materials
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
  • Ability to navigate and lead in ambiguous environments while achieving high performance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or biotech sectors
