Overview

Manage multiple complex campaigns and lines of businesses primarily focused on digital and high impact creative assets from media plan approval to asset launch

Manage and oversee the agency process during the creative video/custom program development (concept to launch), including timelines and technical specifications, routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client and media partners

Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor all PM team member’s activities and projects to ensure they are delivering as promised (QA of specs, timelines, etc.)

Manage the overall quality control process and verify all internal and external assets meets all specifications and uphold quality standards of client/agency

Strategize and partner with the client teams to establish timelines and technical specifications for all client digital deliverables - using Project Management best practices and/or tools

Manage and oversee the Quality Control process to ensure accurate QA of technical specs, timelines and trafficking

Develop reports/documentation to keep clients and agency informed on projects/campaigns, deliverable progress and issue tracking

Analyzes and prioritizes multiple activities and project needs, while establishing attainable deadlines

Resolve project issues and escalates challenges and risk as needed to internal and external stakeholders

Provide leadership, motivation, mentoring and training for the project management team

Manage and ensures efficient workflows within the department

Manage and direct media partners as needed (creative and/or marketing teams)

Collaborate with media planning, AdOps and analytics teams to ensure quality checks prior to campaign launch

Partner with Media Buyers to provide creative insights and advise on creative feasibility when evaluating new media opportunities/projects

Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field

5+ years of agency and strong project management experience. Experience with agencies that have a heavy production environment (digital, experiential, social, video) is a plus

Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills

Advanced understanding of the advertising industry and multiple media types (digital, video, social, devices, etc.)

Strong knowledge of digital media trafficking including tagging and asset taxonomy

Knowledge of marketing and agency related technologies and trends

Excellent verbal ability and personal diplomacy

Strong knowledge of digital media creative specs, IAB standards, and related concepts

High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Jira

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels

Basic knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and AirTable is a plus

Compensation Range: $95,950.00 - $144,430.00 annually . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
