Senior Director of Talent Solutions at 24 Seven Talent The Senior Designer, reporting to the Creative Director, you will shape seasonal narratives, define silhouettes, and translate trend insight into commercially compelling and brand‑right products.

They collaborate and lead creative, product development, and outside resources while partnering with merchandising, for a comprehensive product strategy. They have a strong understanding of brand and people. This is a hands‑on position that blends design, execution, management, and communication. Our ideal fit is a strong team player, proactive, and focused on positive outcomes for the brand at all times.

Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the creative execution of the design team, based on the direction from the Creative Director, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and seasonal strategy

Work closely with Creative Director to manage seasonal, collaboration, and wholesale product development based on their overall direction

Translate concept development to design team - mood boards, seasonal themes, color palettes, prints, silhouettes, materials, and hardware – including print, color, style, and product development members

Oversee the design process from sketch to final prototype, including CADs, tech packs, sampling, and approvals – partnering with overseas stakeholders

Ensure product designs meet functional, aesthetic, quality, and cost requirements

Partner with Merchandising to build balanced, trend‑right assortments that achieve business goals

Supervise Product Development, Sourcing, and Technical Design to translate creative vision into final brand‑right products

Manage seasonal development calendars, deliverables, and milestone dates with PD associate

Review prototypes and samples to ensure design integrity, fit, function, and quality standards are met

Approve materials, techniques, hardware, trims, and colors; maintain a materials/trim library and design archive – for final review by Creative Director

Present design concepts and collections to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners

Track product performance and adapt design strategies based on sales, market trends, and consumer feedback

Lead, support, and manage a team of designers, and Product Development, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation

Partner with cross‑functional partners in Production to ensure alignment on creative direction, cost, and business targets

Travel domestically and internationally for trend research, material sourcing, and vendor/factory visits on an as‑needed basis

Source additional resources for all development needs on an as‑needed basis
