Love photography but craving a team environment?
About Adventure Amore Adventure Amore and Colorado Outdoor Weddings are two six‑figure creative brands redefining Colorado’s elopement and micro‑wedding industry. Our goal is to be the #1 team in the industry, allowing us to lead in the quality of our artistry and the level of service we deliver. We’re building a comprehensive one‑stop shop for all wedding needs and services to make it simple for couples to design and experience their dream wedding day. In the past year alone, we’ve achieved 2× year‑over‑year growth and are on pace to 4× again next year, along the way earning only five‑star reviews across every platform due to our unwavering commitment to both people and service. Together, we’ve booked 150+ couples this year, with a steady stream of 10+ daily inquiries and a consistent flow of double‑digit discovery calls each week with couples eager to plan their dream day. If you believe a strong culture fuels creativity, creativity inspires extraordinary service, and great service drives lasting success—you’ll feel right at home here.
About the Role We’re searching for a Photography & Creative Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a high‑powering creative team that’s as passionate about people as they are about their craft. This is more than a management role; it’s an opportunity to create the best team in the country.
Your leadership will extend beyond photography and video into the broader client experience and, over time, the expansion of creative services. You’ll help set a new benchmark for excellence in Colorado’s thriving elopement and micro‑wedding scene.
Key Responsibilities Artist Management & Creative Development
Collaborate with the Founder and CEO to recruit, lead, and develop our in‑house creative team, along with talented contractor partners, contributing to strategic direction while managing day‑to‑day execution.
Provide hands‑on training and performance assessments of the team.
Client Experience & Journey Oversight
Lead the ongoing creation and refinement of an industry‑leading client experience—one that feels personal, seamless, and deeply cared for at every touchpoint.
Partner with sales and operations to elevate the client journey.
Build and nurture relationships with key vendors (floral, officiants, stylists, venues, etc.).
Creative Quality & Brand Standards
Uphold and refine brand standards and artistic quality for visual storytelling and client service.
What an Average Week Looks Like Each week blends mentorship, creativity, and collaboration, ensuring our team continues to grow while every couple receives a seamless, personal experience.
Early Week:
Leadership check‑ins, one‑on‑one coaching, updating training plans.
Mid‑week:
1–2 days in the field each week, from hands‑on training sessions using model couples to observations of real elopements, to assess how to further help creatives reach their full potential.
Throughout:
Oversee client communications, host training sessions, refine workflows, and connect with vendors.
End of Week:
Review creative output, assess team performance, and set priorities for the week ahead.
Ideal Candidate Profile You’re a seasoned creative who’s passionate about storytelling, client care, and the art of human connection—understanding that exceptional work begins with exceptional culture. You know that when people feel supported, inspired, and connected, creativity flourishes and clients feel it in every image and interaction.
You’re ready to step back from running your own photography business to fully invest in leading, growing, and inspiring a team that’s setting a new standard for artistry and service.
Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of full‑time professional photography experience (weddings/elopements strongly preferred), with a strong creative eye and deep expertise in visual storytelling, composition, and editing workflows.
Proven ability to manage and develop creative teams through training, mentorship, and leadership.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial background (preferred) – someone who has run their own photography business and is ready to focus on leadership without the burden of ownership.
Based in Denver, CO (required), with ability to travel locally for field assessments.
If you have an operational wedding business, you’ll be required to put that aside, however all current contracts will be honored.
$100K – $110K base salary, plus performance‑based bonuses.
Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) & 401K provided after a 3‑month onboarding period.
Unlimited paid time off (with approval), plus standard holidays.
