Overview Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Digital Engagement in the US Marketing team of its MedTech Surgery business located at our Raritan, NJ site. The role is focused on driving the digital presence across multiple channels to support brand awareness, engagement with healthcare professionals, and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage and optimize digital campaigns across email, social media, search engines, display advertising, and other relevant channels to increase brand visibility, generate leads and engage healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
Create, curate and publish compelling content tailored to clinicians, customers and patients.
Monitor, analyze and report on creative performance, providing actionable insights to improve content effectiveness in collaboration with commercial and analytics teams.
Collaborate with marketing strategy and global teams to align digital efforts with overall business objectives, account plans, SEO and social media initiatives.
Drive execution of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and industry influencer programs.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, compliance standards and best practices in healthcare and MedTech.
Collaborate with agencies or vendors as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of business-related experience; 2 years of digital marketing experience with proven success.
Understanding of customer journeys and omnichannel marketing.
Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Experience collaborating & leading teams in a complex, evolving, matrixed organization.
