Content & SEO Analyst

to join our Enterprise Website team. You will support our SEO and content efforts by assisting with content publishing, on-page optimization, localization (geo-specific content), analytics reporting, and SEO content development. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow in digital marketing, SEO, and web content strategy within an enterprise WordPress environment. Responsibilities

SEO Content Development Research and draft SEO-optimized content (articles, website landing pages, FAQs, etc.) Collaborate with the Content Manager and Senior SEO Strategist to align content with tone, brand, business and performance goals Optimize content for search engines and AI Overviews (keywords, internal linking, authoritative, structure) Rewrite or refresh underperforming content based on analytics and SEO and AI performance audits Contribute to content briefs, outlines, and keyword clustering documents On-Page SEO & Content Management Format, upload and publish content in WordPress using SEO best practices Add and optimize metadata (titles, descriptions, alt text) Implement internal linking strategies and check for broken links Maintain content tagging and taxonomy structures Help manage geo-specific or localized content versions Ensure consistency across region-specific pages Tag and organize content for geo-targeted experiences Analytics & Reporting Support Pull data from Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog Monitor organic search KPIs and assist in regular reporting Flag performance issues (drops in traffic, broken pages, etc.) Support A/B testing content initiatives Required Skills Solid understanding of basic SEO concepts (on-page optimization, keyword usage, metadata) Strong writing and editing skills Understanding of performance marketing and funnel conversion strategies Familiarity with WordPress CMS Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog (a plus) Comfortable using Excel/Sheets to manipulate and interpret data Experience with SEO plugins (e.g., Yoast, Similar Web) Basic understanding of HTML (a plus) Keep current with evolving SEO and AI trends to ensure we remain competitive Qualifications 3-5 years experience in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, or web publishing Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating SEO-focused content (optional but encouraged) Salary The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
