True North FCU is a member‑owned, full‑service credit union dedicated to offering quality financial solutions to our members. We are looking for a customer‑focused individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities:
Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
Open new accounts and explain credit union products and services.
Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
Cross‑sell credit union services.
Requirements:
Preferred: Six months or more of similar or related experience.
Enjoy working with people.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of computers.
Good attention to detail.
