Responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable Supervisor to join our Redbox team. The team is driven by curiosity and creativity in data analysis, measurement, and storytelling. We’re nimble, resourceful, and employ both traditional and non-traditional methods to uncover insights across consumer behavior, audience exploration, brand health, competitive landscape, and media accountability. As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day analytics work for key clients, manage and mentor junior team members, and play a critical role in advancing data-driven decision making across the agency. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Analytics, as well as Strategy, Media, and Account teams, to translate business objectives into actionable measurement strategies that demonstrate the impact of our clients’ media investments. You should be a natural leader who loves data, problem solving, and uncovering insights that drive impact. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with ease. Comfortable in both independent and collaborative settings. Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up, ask questions, and bring ideas to the table YOUR ROLE Lead and mentor a small team of Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, growth, and collaboration. Serve as a key client contact for analytics discussions — translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives. Support the Director in shaping measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Develop and oversee dashboards, reporting, and data visualization to inform client decision-making. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover insights, including: Consumer profiling (demographic, psychographic, behavioral) Brand health and competitive deep dives Media performance and budget optimization analyses Partner with media teams to assess historical performance, model future impact, and guide investment strategies. Ensure consistency and accuracy across data sources, helping standardize best practices and analytical approaches across clients. Experience in managing and mentoring team members. Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or media effectiveness (agency or client-side). Prior Supervisor experience is a must Strong client management and presentation skills — able to simplify complex data stories for senior stakeholders. Proven experience mentoring or managing junior analysts. Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Datorama, Tableau, Power BI) to support media investment decisions. Working knowledge of media research tools such as YouGov, MRI-Simmons, GWI, Vivvix, Pathmatics, or Nielsen Media Impact. Hands-on experience with marketing measurement approaches, including MMM, MTA, or brand lift studies. Solid understanding of statistical methods (regression, clustering, forecasting, optimization). Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, R, Python, or dbt) a plus. Salary: 100-115k. Commensurate with experience - compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
