WORX is a full-service marketing agency that takes digital to the next level, and we are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our in-house team. The Digital Marketing Manager provides data‑driven digital strategies for lead generation and brand awareness as well as digital campaign analysis, optimization, and management for client partners across a wide set of industries.
Responsibilities
Staying up to date with digital marketing industry best practices
Providing a point of view and recommendations in emerging digital marketing technologies or shifts in current platforms
Planning, creating, and managing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
Writing engaging and concise ad copy
Overseeing delegation of day‑to‑day account management of PPC, social, and other digital campaigns to the digital marketing team
Monitoring, evaluating, and presenting the performance of campaigns by generating monthly and quarterly performance reports to client partners analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
Working in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Functional experience with Google Looker Studio
Functional experience with Social Media channels and their ad platforms, including Meta/Facebook, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn
Well‑organized and detail‑oriented
Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
Creative problem‑solving and analytical skills
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Basic knowledge of market research techniques
Understanding of marketing automation and lead generation software
This is a full‑time position that requires the candidate to be in our Prospect, Connecticut office with the flexibility of remote work when needed.
