What You’ll Do This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 850.
The Marketing Coordinator – Wealth Management is responsible for supporting the Wealth Management department’s marketing and sales initiatives for investments and insurance for the Credit Union’s members and prospects. The role supports the Wealth Management department and functions as a liaison with Marketing and other departments to coordinate and execute marketing projects and department plans. Responsibilities include maintaining social/digital media, Wealth Management department website, and branding materials, including related content management systems (CMS), in alignment with Wealth Management’s strategic direction. Generate and coordinate communications to Credit Union associates and prospects about Wealth Management marketing promotions and campaigns. Oversee and coordinate customer relationship management (CRM) for the Wealth Management department’s clients and prospects. Report on initiative success by monitoring key performance metrics and generating analysis. Assist Wealth Management representatives with webinars, in-person seminars, advertising needs, disclosures, scheduling, distribution/communication lists, web/phone recordings, contact logs, inventory management of marketing materials, and related compliance of materials and activities. Coordinate and align Wealth Management representation at civic, trade, and professional activities. Maintain technical and industry knowledge of financial products, features, uses, and tax treatment, and attend professional seminars. Provide ideas for enhancements to Marketing and Operations departments.

Qualifications
High School Diploma
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Required: 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience. Experience, preferably in the financial services industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce), Office Suite software (e.g., Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and videotelephony software (e.g., Zoom).
Working knowledge of FINRA broker‑dealer regulations/requirements. Preferred: FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, 65 or 66, and Arizona Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
Preferred: 10% travel may be required, less than 10% of the time.
