Marketing Manager

to oversee the execution of marketing strategies and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on brand, and on schedule. This role acts as the bridge between strategy and execution; managing campaigns, coordinating across departments, and ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings experience in both digital and traditional marketing within a healthcare or multi-location organization. Key Responsibilities

Translate organizational marketing goals into detailed project plans, timelines, and measurable deliverables. Manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and brand standards are met. Oversee execution of marketing initiatives for clinic openings, provider onboarding, and new service line launches. Lead marketing integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, including signage updates, rebranding, and patient communications. Develop and oversee paid and organic marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid ads, and email marketing. Support and manage public relations initiatives, including press releases, media outreach, and coverage tracking. Partner with the Director of Marketing to analyze campaign performance and optimize future initiatives. Manage external vendors for print, signage, apparel, and promotional materials to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency. Coordinate marketing partnerships with insurance brokers and other healthcare partners to support co-branded events and outreach. Maintain operational efficiency through organized project management systems and clear cross-departmental communication. Oversee creative production timelines, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate with the Marketing Generalist to ensure content, design, and communications are consistent and aligned with campaign goals. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the marketing department. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, professional services, or a multi-site organization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously. Strong writing, editing, and project management skills. Experience with WordPress, email marketing tools, and basic design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
