This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro‑bono connections. Missions for Love Beyond Borders is seeking a volunteer website content editor to help refine and strengthen the content on our website. We currently have a volunteer who conducted an audit of our existing site and is designing a new WordPress website. We need your expertise to review and enhance content, ensuring it clearly communicates our mission and connects with our audiences.
Responsibilities
Review existing website content and provide edits for clarity, impact, and alignment with our mission.
Suggest improvements to structure, flow, and readability.
Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and consistent across pages.
Collaborate closely with our web‑design volunteer to ensure content fits the new WordPress layout.
Desired Skills and Experience
Content editing and copywriting.
Attention to clarity, impact, and storytelling.
Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
