Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the system.
Support marketing initiatives by promoting services and communicating key messages to clients.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your communication skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse clients.
Proficient in using communication tools and social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
