NukuDo is seeking a bold, strategic, and highly creative Senior Marketing Coordinator to shape and execute the company’s marketing vision as we continue to scale across Texas and beyond. In this senior‑level role, you will own the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive visibility, attract talent, engage stakeholders, and establish NukuDo as a recognized leader in cybersecurity workforce development.
This is not just a social media job; it’s a brand elevation role. The ideal candidate brings a blend of digital expertise, event and campaign planning experience, and out‑of‑the‑box thinking to position NukuDo as a key player in both the cybersecurity and workforce development ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end development of brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning to support the company’s rapid growth
Plan, execute, and manage content calendars across digital platforms using content scheduling tools
Optimize digital channels, including SEO, email marketing, and paid media
Track performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
Create content for website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Drive strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach and influence diverse audiences, including prospective trainees, partners, clients, and government stakeholders
Collaborate with leadership to plan and market high‑impact events, speaking engagements, and community initiatives that raise NukuDo’s profile
Build out a targeted outreach and lead generation strategy that attracts qualified business and government partners
Monitor KPIs, manage analytics, and optimize campaign performance for ROI
Coordinate with internal departments to align messaging, share insights, and support company‑wide objectives
Manage creative vendors, freelance designers, and other contractors as needed
Qualifications
A strategic and innovative marketing leader with several years of experience in high‑impact marketing roles
Comfortable developing and executing ideas that don’t always follow traditional playbooks
Experienced in using content scheduling and campaign management tools to maintain a dynamic, consistent presence across platforms
Skilled in storytelling, community engagement, and brand building with an eye toward positioning companies in emerging or niche sectors
Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities and timelines
Proven ability to operate cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with leadership, clients, and stakeholders
Preferably has experience working in or adjacent to industries such as tech, education, workforce development, or cybersecurity
Exposure to Salesforce and 6Sense is a plus
