The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in shaping and elevating the University's digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative, multi-channel digital strategies that strengthen donor, alumni, and community engagement. In this role, you will drive digital campaigns across email, web, and social platforms, ensuring they reflect Advancement priorities and uphold institutional brand standards. You'll oversee the digital version of Nevada Silver & Blue and manage the University Foundation, Alumni Association, and Giving website pageshelping bring the University's stories and impact to life online. Using data-driven insights, you'll strategically segment audiences, optimize campaign performance, and increase digital engagement. Working collaboratively with Advancement teams and University Marketing and Communications, you'll help build a unified, compelling digital experience that inspires connection, philanthropy, and pride in the Wolf Pack community. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of professional related experience OR Master's Degree and two (2) years of professional related experience Related Experience: Digital marketing, digital campaign development, web copy writing, email marketing, social and web analytics dashboard creation and management or related experience. Schedule or Travel Requirements: Variable work schedule. Ability to work evenings and weekends on urgent projects. Infrequent travel Compensation Grade: Administrative Faculty - C Candidates will be hired at the level that is comparable to their experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
