Thursdays 12‑8 PM

Fridays & Saturdays 2‑10 PM

Sundays and Mondays Off

Schedule varies based on property needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of public and private promotions, events, and marketing activities for WarHorse Gaming Lincoln. This position plays a key role in coordinating event logistics, supporting on‑site promotions, and ensuring timely communication across departments. The Marketing Coordinator upholds WarHorse Gaming’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.

Execute casino promotions and special events, assisting guests and ensuring smooth event operations.

Ensure all promotional and event areas are properly stocked, decorated, and secured after each event.

Display, distribute, and recover collateral materials for promotions and events.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and timely communication for event execution.

Represent the casino professionally at off‑property events and promotions, including travel as required.

Set up, operate, and dismantle promotional equipment such as audio systems, banners, and staging.

Prepare contest rules, waivers, and release forms for digital, social media, and on‑site promotions.

Maintain prize inventories and oversee prize distribution during events.

Attend required meetings, trainings, and pre‑shift briefings.

Adhere to the established marketing and promotions schedule.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Must be 19 years of age or older.

High school diploma or GED.

One (1) year of experience in guest service (gaming industry preferred).

Knowledge of marketing programs and ability to learn quickly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related player system software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and team members.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Frequent mobility across casino property and event spaces.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and transport promotional materials and equipment.

Exposure to loud noise, secondhand smoke, and varying environmental conditions.

Requires physical agility, balance, and endurance for extended periods of standing, walking, and activity.

Schedule Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
