Position Summary We are seeking a

driven, creative, and beauty‑obsessed Marketing Coordinator

to lead the social strategy for Ninetynine Dreams. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes beauty, loves storytelling through content, and has a strong pulse on Gen Z and Millennial culture.

The ideal candidate not only understands social trends but actively creates them—someone who enjoys being on camera, shooting videos, editing content, and experimenting with new formats across platforms like

Instagram, TikTok, RedBook, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat .

Beyond creativity, this role requires

a strategic and analytical mindset —you’ll be responsible for tracking performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, and using insights to continuously improve content and ad effectiveness.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in shaping our digital voice, growing engagement, and elevating Ninetynine Dreams’ brand presence across the beauty and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company objectives and brand identity.

Lead content creation across platforms—ideate, film, edit, and post high‑quality short‑form videos and visuals daily.

Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling campaigns and product storytelling moments.

Maintain and execute a content calendar, ensuring timely and trend‑aligned posts.

Monitor and manage ad accounts across

Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.

Conduct market and audience research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Implement SEO strategies and manage backlinks to improve visibility and drive organic growth.

Analyze performance metrics across platforms to inform creative and strategic decisions.

Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Coordinate PR packages and content collaborations with creators.

Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and social interactions with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in marketing or social media management, ideally in the

beauty, lifestyle, or fashion

space.

Strong portfolio or examples of past social media content (especially short‑form video).

Hands‑on experience with

Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads , and performance tracking tools.

Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools (e.g.,

Google Analytics, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest ).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in video editing and comfort in front of or behind the camera.

Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and digital storytelling.

Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.

Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
