Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs, seasonal campaigns, and tactics aligned with brand strategy and industry trends, activating marketing experiences along the consumer journey.
Partner with the agency of record to drive breakthrough creative initiatives that enhance brand identity and consumer experiences.
Manage the National Ad Fund, evaluating marketing investments and programs to optimise resource allocation and ROI for assigned brands.
Customized Local Marketing Plan Execution
Lead local performance marketing efforts, providing coaching to franchise owners to grow their businesses.
Design and execute integrated annual marketing plans customised for each franchise owner, selecting channel and vendor mix aligned with the customer journey.
Oversee onboarding and ramp‑up of new franchise owners to break‑even, providing ongoing coaching.
Leadership and Team Development
Manage and mentor local performance marketing team members, guiding them toward the marketing mission.
Leverage resources across the Marketing Center of Excellence, cross‑functional partners, and external agencies to execute the strategy.
Develop marketing content for brand conferences, meetings, newsletters, and communication platforms.
Lead marketing presentations for franchise advisory council meetings, town halls, and other franchise‑facing events.
Performance Measurement and Optimization
Report on national and local marketing performance, assessing ROI/ROAS and KPIs.
Recommend and initiate brand research projects for continuous improvement.
Coordinate ongoing marketing and advertising activities, aligning stakeholders around brand direction.
Qualifications
Experience
Lead marketing for a brand with revenue >$1 million.
Manage a marketing budget, including a national ad fund or local marketing investment of $2 million, or overall revenue >$25 million.
Proven experience building and leading high‑performing teams and executing marketing programs to drive results.
Develop annual strategic marketing plans grounded in consumer insights.
Manage the development of brand creative assets with agency or in‑house teams.
Strong track record delivering results in a high‑growth environment; ability to analyse and present metrics and trends.
Skills
Budget building, optimisation, and management.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, particularly PPC/paid search.
Exceptional Excel skills and comfortable working with large data sets.
Translate raw data into actionable insights.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Schedule / In‑Office Requirements
Work Monday–Friday.
Travel up to 25 %.
