Role Description

This is a full?time, on?site role for a Junior Video Editor/Creator located in Chatsworth CA. The Junior Video Editor/Creator will be responsible for day?to?day tasks including video production, video editing, and content creation. The role also involves creating motion graphics and working on various graphic design projects to support video content.

Job Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide variety of video content, including product demonstrations, "how?to" guides, promotional clips, testimonial videos, and internal training materials.
• Video Production: Manage the full production pipeline, including setting up lighting, sound, and camera equipment for professional?quality shoots.
• Video Editing & Post?Production: Perform all editing, color?correction, sound mixing, and graphic integration to deliver polished, final video files that align with our brand standards.
• On?Camera & Voiceover Talent: Be comfortable in front of the camera as a product presenter and perform professional voiceovers for tutorials and advertisements.
• Media Management: Manage and organize all raw footage, project files, and final assets in a clear and efficient manner.
• Adaptation & Re?purposing: Adapt and edit video content for various platforms, including website product pages, YouTube, and social media channels (e.g., creating short?form vertical video from longer?form content).

Candidate Profile

• Experience Level: Entry?level to 1 year of professional experience in video production/editing.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Creative Skills: Proven ability to create engaging, high?quality content that tells a clear story and drives customer interest.
• On?Camera Comfort: Comfortable with being in front of a camera and acting as a clear, enthusiastic presenter.
• Production Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of camera operation, lighting principles, and sound recording techniques.
• Product Videography: Experience with product videography is a strong plusshowcasing inanimate objects and their features effectively.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must for daily in?person work at our Chatsworth, CA location. Local candidates are ideal.

Location: Chatsworth, Los Angeles, CA. Salary: $80,000.00 $90,000.00 per year.
