Were looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Social Media Manager & On-Camera Talent to lead our brand presence on social platformsespecially TikTok and Instagram. This person will manage daily social activity, work with athletes and affiliates, and confidently represent the brand through live and recorded videos. If you love creating content, engaging with communities, and being in front of the camera, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all brand social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Host and participate in live videos, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content
• Collaborate with athletes, ambassadors, and affiliates to develop authentic content and campaigns
• Engage daily with followers respond to comments, DMs, and community conversations
• Track performance metrics, report on analytics, and optimize content for growth
• Stay up-to-date with social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
• Assist in content creation, including writing captions, shooting videos, and editing short-form content

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing brand or personal social media accounts (TikTok/Instagram focus)
• Comfortable on camera natural communicator with a confident and relatable personality
• Experience working with influencers, athletes, or brand ambassadors preferred
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and community engagement
• Basic photo/video editing and content creation skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities

Bonus Skills

• Experience running social media ads or tracking campaign performance
• Familiarity with influencer management platforms and affiliate programs
