Job Summary

This job supports the development of and execution of integrated digital content strategies for various digital products and/or lines of business, markets, or segments to advance business and customer goals. Assists in the development of content requirements and creates content strategy deliverables across a product or portfolio's lifecycle. Conducts audits, qualitative analyses, and gap analyses of content across products, markets, or segments. Works with marketing strategy, copywriters, SEO analysts, development, and digital product teams to ensure the delivery of content across channels. Supports with the maintenance of editorial and publishing calendars, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content migration plans. This role can be hybrid or remote. The role will be hybrid if you are within 50 miles of an office 3 days a week. Remote if you are outside of the 50 miles.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and implementation of digital content strategies for a portfolio of digital products and channels to support customer and business goals. Develops digital content development plans for other teams within marketing.
  • Assist with management of the content lifecycle for a product or portfolio by developing governance requirements and deliverables based on segments and markets.
  • Assist in developing content marketing briefs for internal and external partners. May manage day-to-day relationships with partners and third party vendors.
  • Conduct audits, qualitative, quantitative, and gap analyses across products, portfolios, and channels under the direction of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing partners, including copywriters, product management, marketing strategy, SEO analysts, etc.
  • Analyze and report on content effectiveness across markets, segments, and channels.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
Experience

Required
3 years of experience in Marketing and Communications
3 years of experience in Communications Strategy
3 years of experience in Web Content Management

Preferred
Professional experience using technology, tools, and AI in a Marketing function

Skills

Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting / exceeding project requirements and delivering successful projects on schedule
Successfully partners through collaboration with an ability to lead and influence others within a matrixed organization
A passion for technology and digital media, including knowledge of evolving best practices, web trends, UX design, and digital marketing best practices
Experience delivering content to meet accessibility and Section 508 compliance requirements preferred
Deep, proven expertise in content strategy development and integrated tactical implementation for complex, large initiatives
Strong planning and project management skills
Proactive in learning and adapting to new marketing technologies, tools, and AI-powered marketing platforms

Education

Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Pay Range Minimum: $57,700.00
Pay Range Maximum: $107,800.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
