The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Floral Designer to join our Jeff Leatham Floral team. Our Floral Designers assist in the execution of the floral and plant designs of Jeff Leatham for the hotel and restaurant displays, high volume banquets and in-room amenities (including public areas and outdoor). Process flowers in accordance with Jeff Leatham standards. Represent both Four Seasons and Jeff Leatham.

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications include:

• Able to lift 50+ lbs. for large weekly installations and events;
• Comfortable working while standing;
• A dedicated team player;
• Comfortable interacting with guests as needed while positively representing both the Four Seasons and Jeff Leatham brands
