About the Role StormTrap is searching for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, the right candidate will keep projects on track, support events and trade shows, manage the social calendar, organize assets, and help produce content that drives leads and supports sales. The Marketing Coordinator will also help maintain clean CRM data, contribute to campaign and web updates, and jump in where needed. This position is ideal for a recent grad or early-career marketer looking for broad exposure—social, events, web, CRM support, and content—while learning alongside a collaborative, supportive team.

Location This opportunity is a hybrid role, so we are looking for candidates who are within driving distance of our office in Romeoville, Illinois.
Responsibilities Managing the social media calendar: creating and scheduling posts, pulling engagement metrics, coordinating graphics and copy
Supporting trade shows/events: maintaining the events database, researching opportunities, coordinating shipping/booth assets, and tracking leads to the correct Salesforce campaigns
Assisting with CRM data quality, campaign setup/organization, and list management (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot)
Drafting or editing copy for collateral, case studies, ads, press releases, blogs, and emails
Coordinating collateral and promo item orders; managing inventory and shipments to sales
Supporting basic SEO tasks (keyword research, page/blog audits, monthly reporting)
Maintaining organized marketing assets in our content system (e.g., Box)
Pitching in on competitive research, awards submissions, and earned media tracking
Job Requirements 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Strong organization, writing, and follow-through; comfortable with deadlines
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; bonus for WordPress, Adobe, Salesforce/Pardot
Curiosity to learn B2B marketing and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Travel Company-wide meetings and/or regional meetings/events may result in occasional overnight travel.
