Email & Digital Designer:
Responsible for designing and developing high-quality, visually compelling, and responsive email templates and campaigns using HTML, Figma, and wireframes.Campaign Platform Expert:
Utilize advanced features of HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including AMPScript, Journey Builder, and automation tools, to create and manage targeted email campaigns.Quality Assurance & Testing:
Conduct rigorous QA, A/B testing, and rendering validation (using tools like Litmus) to ensure optimal email performance, compatibility, and deliverability.Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, marketing, and technical teams to execute brand-aligned campaigns and implement workflow automations.Performance Analysis:
Monitor email performance metrics, interpret analytics, and use insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and personalization.Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all email campaigns meet compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.), accessibility standards, and mobile optimization best practices.Template & Workflow Management:
Build and maintain scalable, modular email templates and support platform migrations as needed.Technical & Creative Support:
Provide technical troubleshooting, creative input, and assist with light web development tasks related to campaign landing pages and microsites.Project Management:
Coordinate multiple tasks, manage timelines, and handle revisions to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
