Overview

HR Creators (Volunteer) role at Volt Europa. Join our Video Onboarding Project Team to help transform our HR onboarding experience and welcome new volunteers from across Europe.

What roles are available?

As a member of the Volt HR Creators Team, you will help create short, engaging videos that explain Volt Europa’s HR processes, platforms, and people. We are recruiting for several volunteer roles:

  • Project Coordinator (≈10h/week): Track tasks, deadlines, and style consistency; ensure smooth communication.
  • Script Adaptors (2 people, ≈5h/week each): Turn one-pagers into clear, engaging scripts; keep the tone accessible.
  • On-Camera Co-Presenters (1–2 people, ≈5h/week each): Introduce and explain topics on camera; no acting experience needed.
  • Animator / Motion Graphics (1–2 people, ≈10h/week): Add simple, volunteer-friendly animations (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Visual Designer / Slide Creator (1–2 people, ≈5h/week each): Create slides, graphics, and screenshots; collaborate with animator/editor.
  • Video Editor (1–2 people, ≈10h/week each): Combine recordings, slides, and animations into final videos; ensure smooth pacing and subtitles.
  • Quality Checkers / Test Viewers (2 people, ≈5h/week each): Watch final videos from a “new HR member” perspective; give feedback on clarity and accessibility.

What skills do you need to excel?

We welcome volunteers with diverse backgrounds and skills. You don’t need to tick every box—enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset matter most. Skills that help include:

  • Experience with communications, design, video editing, or project coordination (depending on the role).
  • Ability to work in a remote, multicultural team.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Openness to feedback and new ideas.
  • Technical experience is helpful, but not required in every field. If in doubt, apply!

What do we offer?

These are volunteer, unpaid roles we can offer:

  • The chance to shape how every new HR team member is trained and welcomed into Volt Europa.
  • Creative and communication experience in a European, grassroots environment.
  • Flexible, remote volunteer work alongside passionate teammates.
  • A supportive team culture where your ideas matter.
