What Your Day Looks Like
We’re seeking a Programmatic Media Buyer – CTT, OTT to lead the strategy and execution of connected TV (CTV), OTT, and cross‑platform ad buys. This role requires deep understanding of DSPs, direct deals, and device inventory negotiations, along with a sharp analytical mindset for performance optimization and attribution. You’ll play a key role in shaping our media strategy across premium streaming and digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize CTV, OTT, and cross‑platform ad campaigns across multiple DSPs and direct publisher relationships.
 - Negotiate direct inventory and platform deals with device manufacturers, streaming partners, and premium publishers.
 - Manage budget pacing, inventory allocation, and bid strategy to maximize performance and efficiency.
 - Partner with analytics teams to understand performance across devices, platforms, and audiences.
 - Continuously test and optimize for outcomes including reach, frequency, completion rate, and cost efficiency.
 - Monitor trends, platform updates, and marketplace dynamics to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving CTV landscape.
 - Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
 
What We’re Looking for in You
- 5+ years of experience in CTV, OTT, or programmatic media buying.
 - Strong working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr) and direct deal negotiation.
 - Proven experience managing and optimizing cross‑device and cross‑platform campaigns.
 - Understanding of media attribution, analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making.
 - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship‑building skills.
 - Track record of driving measurable CTV performance (or equivalent relevant experience).
 - Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
 - Thrives in a startup environment with a hands‑on, collaborative mindset.

Compensation
Targeted cash compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.
