Our client company is a US-based agency with an 11+ headcount and growing, focused on managing home service business digital marketing effectively and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Google Ads Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing high-performing Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable results traffic, leads, and sales for our clients.

This role requires not only technical expertise in Google Ads but also strong communication skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies tailored to client goals.

Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search (PPC), Display Network, YouTube, Google Local Service Ads (LSA), Performance Max (PMAX), and Local PMAX.

Leverage AI and automation tools (Smart Bidding, Responsive Ads, predictive targeting) to maximize campaign efficiency.

Implement and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management, using AI insights where applicable.

Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution setup via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations.

Work seamlessly with tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), WhatConverts, CallRail, and other call/lead tracking platforms to tie ad performance directly to leads and sales.

Provide clear, actionable performance reports to both internal teams and clients.

Take full ownership and accountability for the performance of assigned campaigns, including proactive troubleshooting and optimization.

Stay updated on Google Ads and AI innovations to implement cutting-edge strategies.

Communicate directly with clients as needed, explaining strategies, presenting results, and building strong relationships.

Collaborate closely with the Foxxr marketing team, designers, and content strategists to ensure campaigns align with broader initiatives.

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Google Ads Expert (please specify certifications in your application).

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Search & Display Ads.

Strong experience with remarketing strategies and implementation.

Demonstrated success in managing Google Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns.

Hands‑on experience with Performance Max (PMAX) and Local PMAX campaigns.

Strong understanding of AI-driven bidding strategies, automation, and campaign optimization.

Experience with conversion tracking setup via GA4, GTM, and platform integrations.

Familiarity with AI copywriting tools and how they can support ad testing/iteration.

Excellent reporting and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Familiarity with CRM and call-tracking platforms such as GoHighLevel, WhatConverts, and CallRail.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversions, and integration with Google Ads.

Ownership & accountability mindset comfortable taking responsibility for results and delivering on deadlines.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads).

Familiarity with AI-driven CRO and landing page optimization tools.

Experience using AI in workflow automation (reporting dashboards, campaign monitoring, predictive analytics).

Strong presentation skills for client meetings and reporting calls.

Agency experience managing multiple clients across diverse industries.

Compensation and Working Hours:

Full time, fully remote opportunity

Compensation: $2.5k to 3k USD

Working hours: 8:30 -5pm EST (Mon-Fri)

Freelance (independent contractor) agreement (you'll be responsible for your own taxes)
