Media Planner & Buyer
Net Conversion, a data‑obsessed marketing and analytics agency in downtown Orlando, is seeking a Media Planner & Buyer to partner with the Media Director and manage strategic buying and planning across all media channels, including TV, radio, print, outdoor, OTT & digital audio.

Major Purpose
Partnering with the Media Director, the Media Planner & Buyer is responsible for strategic buying and planning across all media channels, to include TV, radio, print, outdoor, OTT & digital audio with an emphasis on offline and emerging channels. This person will own the strategic media buying and planning processes for select partners, which consists of developing, negotiating, executing, and monitoring paid media campaigns.
Major Responsibilities
- Research, negotiate, and execute effective media plans that cost‑effectively deliver on partner goals.
 - Leverage internal and external research tools to pull audience, competitive, market, and channel insights during planning.
 - Collaborate with digital media partner service teams across marketing and analytics to provide integrated, cross‑channel media solutions.
 - Plan and negotiate advanced TV (OTT) and digital audio campaigns, including tracking and reporting.
 - Develop and maintain media flowcharts, authorizations, and production schedules/asset summaries.
 - Monitor campaign performance with the Analytics team and suggest optimizations.
 - Issue creative assets to vendors, QA tags and placements, manage post logs, incorporate results into partner reports.
 - Process media billing monthly and reconcile budgets and performance.
 - Stay current on media trends and share new opportunities with appropriate teams.
 
Buying
- Negotiate, purchase, execute and deliver approved media plans including Linear TV, Cable, Radio, Print, Outdoor and Addressable OTT/CTV and streaming audio.
 - Negotiate media buys and manage vendor expectations.
 - Research competitive data and manage vendor contracts, audience research, and historical documentation.
 - Ensure full delivery of ordered buys and craft well‑researched POVs on partner opportunities.
 
Requirements

 - Strong presentation skills.
 
Education and Experience
- 1–10 years of relevant experience.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred.
