What You’ll Do

This is an entry level supporting role designed for someone eager to learn real estate and outdoor advertising from the ground up. Most of your time will be spent in the office helping the team stay organized and moving deals forward - but you’ll also head out into the field to scout locations, take photos, and see our projects come to life. You’ll be the connector behind the scenes: keeping databases clean, following up with landlords, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks.

  • Support the Real Estate team with research, proposals, lease prep, and reports
  • Maintain and organize databases of landlords, properties, and active deals
  • Assist with landlord outreach, calls, and scheduling
  • Join field visits to scout potential billboard sites and document opportunities
  • Help track leases, permits, and deadlines to keep projects on time
  • Work cross-team with sales, legal, and accounting to keep everything aligned

Who You Are

  • Persistent, organized, and detail-oriented - you keep things moving
  • Familiar with NYC’s neighborhoods, side streets, and hidden pockets
  • Comfortable with tech and open to learning AI tools & database systems (a big plus)
  • Strong communicator who can write emails, make calls, and take clear notes
  • Previous experience in real estate, admin, or sales is helpful - but attitude and hustle matter most
