About The Job
We are seeking a Lead Art Director focused on premium expressions at the intersection of performance sports and culture. The role involves leading visual direction and design of long‑form documentaries and episodic content, crafting authentic, human‑centered narratives through compelling imagery and artistic storytelling. The position requires a team‑oriented mindset, inspiring collaboration across creative partners, strategists, producers, and clients.
Required Skills
- Substantial experience in art direction and design across multiple mediums (e.g., television, digital, print, experiential, activations) with a portfolio showcasing exceptional craft, visual storytelling, and creative versatility.
- A proven ability to develop high‑impact work that aligns with brand objectives and connects emotionally with audiences.
- Polished presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate the creative vision and how it addresses the client challenge.
- Desire to explore premium expressions at the intersection of performance sports and culture.
- Experience leading the visual direction and design of long‑form documentaries and episodic content, focusing on crafting authentic, human‑centered narratives through compelling imagery and artful storytelling.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally with creative partners, strategists, producers, and clients.
- Desire to lead and contribute within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, inspiring others and pushing the work forward.
Required Experience
- A bachelor’s degree, design emphasis preferred.
- Six‑plus years of experience in an agency setting.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $75,000 – $180,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
Hybrid work: teams in the office an average of four days a week. Flexibility arrangements are discussed with the hiring team during the interview process.
