Key Activities/Responsibilities
- Design and production of select advertisements, direct marketing tools, tradeshow graphics, brochures, spec sheets, cutaway illustrations, and in-house audio/video projects. Includes understanding of the print production process and serving as liaison with vendors for quotes and proofing.
- Develop and maintain graphics and animations for ESG websites and other appropriate digital marketing tools. This includes designing web page templates, animations, and digital marketing tools such as 360 interactive product tours. Cutaway artwork requires working alongside engineering to understand the functionality of ESG products and using that information to create cutaway illustrations and animations.
- Manage the electronic library of photos for Jetstream and monitor photo needs for new products, units with special options, and outdated photos. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to stay informed of the availability of custom units.
- Prepare and update company catalogs, brochures, and other marketing materials to provide the latest products and solutions.
- Plan and prepare marketing materials and necessary exhibits required for Jetstream and attendance at industry trade shows. Travel to required shows, coordinate and assemble booth, attend and participate in trade shows, tear‑down and package materials for return to Jetstream. Travel is required; weekend travel or show attendance may be necessary.
- Execute and coordinate production of product literature, product releases, and product data sheets with Market Managers and Product Managers.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other internal contacts to understand requirements, help develop messaging, and create cost‑efficient graphic designs through available mediums.
- Purchase specialty promotional items in adherence to budget and plan that promote high visibility within the distribution channel.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
- Must be willing and able to travel 10‑15% of the time.
- As required, participate in special assignments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations or Business discipline, required.
- 3–5 years of working experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in layout/design and desktop publishing, required.
- Marketing Automation/Systems experience, a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; ability to navigate new programs with ease and comfort.
- Adobe Creative Suite, required.
- Animation and 3D rendering experience, required.
- Must be organized, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to follow up on tasks.
- Copywriting/proofreading skill, a plus.
- Knowledge of photography and video, a plus.
