What You’ll Do
- Assist the Community Manager in daily operations, including office, resident files, and leasing team supervision.
- Maintain high‑quality resident relations, addressing comments and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
- Coordinate service team tasks, ensuring timely completion of requests and residency inspections.
- Manage bookkeeping and rental collection, including payables, monthly financials, and compliance with lease agreements.
- Support marketing efforts, learning sub‑market dynamics, supervising leasing team tours, and ensuring fair housing compliance.
- Execute essential duties from the Leasing Consultant job description as required.
- Work overtime as necessary to meet Morgan standards of customer service.
- Other non‑essential duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Physical Requirements
- On feet 33%–100% of the time.
- Perform routine office duties, lift/carry up to 50 lbs with assistance if needed, and occasionally lift lighter items (10–25 lbs).
Typical physical activities: bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs, inspecting apartments, and typing.
Vision Requirements
- Constant need (100%) to read reports and view computer screens.
- Frequent need to see small detail.
- Frequent need to see beyond arm’s reach (33%–50%).
Hearing, Speaking, and Written Requirements
- Constant need (100%) to receive, give, and document instructions to residents, staff, vendors, and corporate.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Driving Requirements
- Frequent need (33%–50%) to use personal transportation for business purposes.
- Occasional need (1%–33%) to respond to after‑hour emergencies.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and car registration required.
Working Environment
