The Role
You will lead the creative direction across multiple brands and have the full trust of high spenders. We have the BEST e‑com clients you could ask for: little to no revisions, big decision energy and willing to give you as many brands as we can take the money for. That's why we need you.
Your task: Think of ads that sell, not ads that look good. You’ll write scripts, analyze patterns in performance, spot scalable ideas, and translate them into high‑converting video and static concepts that can be instantly tested across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
You’ll learn to instruct a handful of editors with our AI workflows in order to produce ads in a speed nobody has ever witnessed before. You bring new creative concepts to the table and ensure every new iteration moves metrics, not egos. Your mission is to replace the founder’s seat in creative direction; so expect both freedom and responsibility, like spiderman.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in performance creative strategy, ideally for DTC/e‑commerce.
- Proven ability to scale ad accounts through creative, not media spend.
- Deep understanding of platform psychology (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
- Portfolio that demonstrates both pattern recognition and sales instinct.
- Comfortable interfacing with AI tools and automation workflows.
- Strong copy instincts: you can write a hook that stops the scroll.
- Operate independently under minimal oversight—bias for clarity and output.
