Key Responsibilities
- Edit long‑form content (blogs, white papers, guides, landing pages) for grammar, clarity, and readability.
- Conduct developmental edits to improve structure, argument flow, and overall impact.
- Apply strategic editing: ensure SEO best practices, internal linking, headings, CTAs, and images are optimized.
- Edit short‑form content (social copy, newsletters, LinkedIn posts).
- Review strategic deliverables and proposal decks to ensure clarity and polish.
- Provide actionable, constructive feedback to writers to help improve content quality over time.
- Ensure consistency with Foundation’s brand voice and client‑specific style guides.
- Track recurring editorial issues and contribute to SOPs or training resources to raise the bar across the team.

What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of editing experience (agency or B2B content marketing preferred).
- Mastery of English grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Strong experience editing for structure and flow, not just line‑level grammar.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, technology, or marketing content.
- Clear, constructive communication skills when providing feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Performance Metrics
- Editorial Quality: ≥90% internal quality score.
- SEO Compliance: ≥95% of edited pieces meet checklist standards.
- Timeliness: 100% of editing completed within SLA.
- Feedback Impact: Reduction in recurring issues across writers.
- Client Alignment: Zero escalations related to tone, style, or accuracy.
Position Details
- Full‑time (Monday to Friday, ~40 hours/week).
- Remote – open to Canada (employee) or global contractors.
- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000.
