Professional Recruiting Manager – Retail Buyer

Job Type: Permanent
Compensation Range: $125,000 – $175,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends.
- Source and buy merchandise across a variety of categories.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize goals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Buying or Merchandising.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Entrepreneurial approach to problem‑solving.
- Bachelor's degree.
