The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing graphic design elements and layouts for marketing assets across multiple formats and media. The role works with a team of marketing and communication specialists to create high‑impact campaigns, review campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
What you will do
- Provide graphic design and layout for a diverse range of marcom projects, including web pages, marketing emails, online advertising, digital video and animation, iconography, illustration, mobile content, exhibition graphics, print assets, and other media.
- Create high‑impact campaigns, actively measuring their impact, researching best practices, and recommending changes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Marketo, Premiere, PDF, web publishing, HTML5, and related tools.
- Support the corporate website using the content management system, develop web‑page content and images, and suggest improvements for visual appeal and customer experience.
- Research current design techniques, formats, and trends; propose implementation in future campaigns.
- Build marcom templates in line with the corporate style guide.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines.
How you’ll get here
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Information Graphics, Web Design or Digital Media (or equivalent work experience) with a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or 3 years with a master’s degree.
- Thorough understanding of graphic design principles and production methods for digital media, web, print collateral, and advertising.
- Excellent skill in typography, layout, and color balance.
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Moderate proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Knowledge of responsive web design, HTML5 animation, web fonts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Rapid learning ability and drive for design excellence.
- Preferred: experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPress, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), Digital Asset Management systems, mobile app UI/UX design.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position, expected to be located in San Jose, CA, is $105,000 – $115,000 USD. This range may be modified at any time at our sole discretion.
