We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Merchandising Graphic Designer with a minimum of two (2) years of professional design experience to support our marketing and product merchandising initiatives. This position plays a key role in developing high-quality digital assets that enhance brand presence, elevate product presentation, and drive engagement across JM Bullion’s family of e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting marketing campaign visuals and designing product-focused creative. The role is hybrid – in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote on other days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing Creative (approximately 50%)

  • Design and produce digital creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media, email, website banners, paid ads, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into effective visuals and customer-facing content.
  • Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand standards across multiple e-commerce brands.
  • Contribute ideas and visual concepts that enhance campaign performance and engagement.

Merchandising Creative (approximately 50%)

  • Develop product-focused creative assets, including product renderings, landing page visuals, and digital mockups.
  • Support “design your own” product requests and custom corporate projects.
  • Partner with the merchandising team to ensure product visuals meet e-commerce standards for accuracy and appeal.
  • Maintain consistent visual presentation of products across the site and within marketing materials.

General Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand identity and visual hierarchy.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners in marketing, merchandising, and product management.
  • Support ongoing process improvements for creative workflow and asset management.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles for web, social, and email environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Ability to balance creative priorities between marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product industries.
  • Experience producing creative for both marketing and product-driven environments.
  • Precious metals experience is not required.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid position based in the Dallas office.
  • Required in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (subject to change based on business needs).
