About the role
What you will be doing:
- Develop and produce marketing materials that promote Stewart to customers and prospects across print, digital, web, presentations, trade shows, and other brand touchpoints.
- Transform ideas and concepts into compelling, visually cohesive designs.
- Maintain consistency and integrity across all branded materials and campaigns.
- Create templates and scalable brand assets for use across teams.
- Partner with creative, content, and strategy teams throughout the project lifecycle from concept to final delivery.
- Keep current with evolving design trends, technologies, and cultural influences to infuse fresh perspectives into the work.
- Offer creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers when needed.
- Confidently present design work to internal stakeholders, articulating design rationale and supporting decisions with market and competitor insights.
- Manage production logistics, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on print and promotional projects.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience creating both digital and print materials.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Proven experience coordinating printing and promotional production with 3rd‑party vendors.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly while maintaining creative integrity.
- Solid project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
