Graphic Designer/Print Specialist – PostNet International Franchise Corporation (Lake Forest, IL). Full‑time position. Responsible for designing and creating graphics for marketing materials (business cards, flyers, signs, banners, mailings, logos) and maintaining customer files to ensure quality final products. Works with customers via phone, e‑mail and walk‑in, assists with center computer apps, and manages production workflow.

What You Bring

• Excellent graphic design and page layout skills
• Professional design portfolio (business‑related graphics)
• Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Word processing (Word, Google Docs)
• Strong background with Windows OS
• Knowledge of web design desirable
• Knowledge of EFI Fiery & EFI Fiery Impose preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization
• Multitasking, able to process multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma (required); associate’s degree or design certificate preferred
• Experience with bulk mailing software a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials: multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, business cards
• Manage output, workflow, and production of orders
• Consult with customers on graphics needs; assist using center computers
• Produce quotes, assemble final layouts for print, review and suggest improvements
• Assist with additional center services (shipping, packing, copying)
• Maintain clean workspace, handle sales transactions, and manage image/archive inventory

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Stand behind sales counter for extended periods (up to 90 minutes during peak times)
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Communicate clearly via phone, e‑mail, and in person
• Operate motor vehicle (valid driver’s license required)
• Know emergency policies and procedures
• Perform duties safely and efficiently
