Oral Care Brand is seeking a savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We create products designed to elevate everyday care — powered by high-performance ingredients, thoughtful design, and a strong commitment to sustainability.

Position Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day execution of social media strategy across all channels. This role will play a key part in community management, content scheduling, trend monitoring, and campaign support to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Manage daily community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in alignment with brand voice
  • Maintain the content calendar and assist in scheduling posts through social tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, or Sprinklr)
  • Track trending topics, sound bites, and social moments relevant to the personal care and lifestyle space
  • Collaborate with creative, influencer, and brand marketing teams to ensure content consistency and timely delivery
  • Support campaign reporting by gathering analytics and performance insights
  • Assist in content production — from coordinating shoots to sourcing UGC and brand assets
  • Monitor competitor activity and share social trend insights with the team

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within the beauty, personal care, or lifestyle industries
  • Deep familiarity with major social platforms and an eye for current trends and best practices
  • Excellent writing skills with an understanding of tone, nuance, and community engagement
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for storytelling, creativity, and brand-building in the digital space

Contract to Hire

Work Schedule: 2 days in office
