The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video & Photography Production Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with 2-5 years experience that is passionate about crafting compelling visual content that aligns with brand goals. You will be instrumental in developing creative assets for various platforms and audiences while ensuring brand consistency. Proficiency in video and photography production, post production editing software, along with a keen eye for storytelling, is key to succeeding in this position.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other creative software.
• Creative Vision: Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and audience engagement.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
• Communication Skills: Effective collaborator who can take feedback and implement changes efficiently.
• Content Savvy: Experience creating videos optimized for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Video & Photography Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video & photography content across various mediums.
• Post-Production: Perform video/audio editing, motion graphics, and color correction as needed to elevate content.
• Platform Optimization: Ensure video assets are tailored to specific channels, adhering to platform guidelines and trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and creative, to align content with brand strategy.
• Content Strategy: Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns and projects that resonate with target audiences.

Location

This role is based in Columbus, OH, and requires the candidate to be available for on-site work when necessary, while also allowing the flexibility to work remotely.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
