We’re hiring a data-drivenSEO & Digital Marketing Specialistto grow qualified leads and jobs through world-class SEO, clean attribution, and disciplined reporting. You’ll own keyword research, on-page/technical SEO, local SEO (GBP), link-building (white-hat, in-house outreach), light content writing/editing, and collaborate on paid channels (e.g., Search/LSAs) to drive efficientcost per lead (CPL)andcost per job (CPJ). You’ll implement our analytics stack (GA4/GTM, Looker Studio) and toolset (e.g., SEMrush or similar) and partner with our CRM/call tracking to get lead source clarity end-to-end.
Full Time Onsite $30-$35hr
What You’ll Do
SEO & Content
- Build and maintain keyword strategy for priority markets and services
- Write/edit SEO-optimized page copy, titles/meta, internal linking; publish in WordPress.
- Own technical SEO: site audits, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema.
- Local SEO: optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP), categories, services, posts; manage citations and reviews programs.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting (emphasis)
- Implement GA4 + GTM(events, conversions, enhanced measurement), map lead sources across forms/calls/chats.
- Stand up dashboards (Looker Studio or similar) that clearly reportCPL, CPJ, qualified leads, and channel performance.
- Integrate with call tracking (e.g., CallRail) and align with CRM workflows (e.g., Cotality / CoreLogic, Dash; future ServiceTitan).
Link Building (white-hat)
- Run in-house outreach for citations, partnerships, digital PR, and high-quality backlinks; maintain clean off-page profile.
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager on LSAs/PPC and landing pages; ensure tracking parity and learnings flow both ways.
- Light design for ads/landing visuals and content thumbnails (Figma/Adobe).
Governance & Rhythm
- Create monthly testing roadmaps; document SOPs; deliver weekly snapshots and monthly rollups (CPL/CPJ, non-brand traffic, GBP KPIs).
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4+ yearshands-on SEO experience (local + technical + content).
- GA4/GTM mastery(event design, debug, conversions, channel grouping) and attribution for forms + calls.
- WordPress power user (publishing, basic HTML/CSS; page builders acceptable).
- SEMrush or similar(Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) proficiency; strong Excel/Sheets; Looker Studio.
- Basic design skills (Figma or Adobe).
- Clear communicator who can explain CPL/CPJ and trade-offs to non-marketers.
- White-hat mindset; ethical link acquisition only.
Nice to have: familiarity with CallRail (or similar), service-industry or home-services SEO, basic SQL/BigQuery.
