Join the Buck Mason Team as a Store Manager! Are you ready to be the heartbeat of Buck Mason, living and breathing our culture, customer experience, and lifestyle? As the leader of your shop, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales, customer service, recruiting, educating staff, managing payroll, overseeing inventory, maintaining store standards, and team development. We’re looking for someone with 3‑5 years of leadership experience in a specialty retail environment – someone who’s ready to take the reins and steer us toward success. Base Pay Range

$65,000 – $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage store budget and expenses to keep the store profitable.
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed store sales targets.
• Ensure every customer walks out with a smile and a memorable experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales and operations team.
• Lead regular staff meetings with wit and candor to inspire the team.
• Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and pristine store standards.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure stock replenishment and loss prevention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the store and district/regional management.

Required Skills

• 3‑5 years of leadership or management experience in a small‑box specialty retailer.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to creating memorable experiences.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive results.
• Passion for clothing and a high‑touch ethos in all interactions.
• Digital proficiency, comfortable with social media and e‑commerce platforms.
• Experience in men’swear or men’swear retail environments is a big plus.
• Successful track record in retail management.
• Variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package will include an annual bonus of no less than 2% of your store’s net profit in addition to applicable bonuses. We may also utilize AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, but final hiring decisions are made by humans.
