Our client is seeking a Product Designer to join their growing User Experience team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping products that drive adoption, self-service, and ease of use across a large customer base.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, customer-focused experiences across multiple products and platforms.
• Translate user and business needs into clear, intuitive design solutions.
• Create detailed mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that simplify complex interfaces and improve usability.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other designers to ensure feasibility and alignment with long‑term UX/UI goals.
• Maintain and evolve the internal design system, ensuring consistent design patterns and components across all products.
• Document design standards and contribute to internal best practices.
• Participate in design sprints, user research, and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
• Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to improve outcomes.
• Stay current with modern design tools, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to overall product quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product, UI, or mobile app design—ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C UX design principles for both mobile and web applications.
• Demonstrated design expertise through a professional portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with responsive and adaptive design practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with product marketing visuals or product video creation is a plus.
