About the Role As an
Entry‑Level Marketing Assistant , you’ll play a key role in executing
live event marketing campaigns
that promote brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support meaningful causes. This is a hands‑on, people‑first role—no cold calls, no cubicles, no repetitive routines.
Key Responsibilities
Help plan and execute promotional events, brand activations, and community campaigns
Represent clients at retail pop‑ups, fundraisers, and local outreach events
Engage with customers, share brand messages, and create positive experiences
Support marketing and sales teams with campaign coordination and logistics
Set up branded displays and manage event materials
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
Contribute creative ideas to boost engagement and event success
Who You Are
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with the public
Strong communicator and enthusiastic team player
Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn new skills
Adaptable and able to thrive in fast‑paced, changing environments
Must be
18+
and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus:
Background in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required. Coursework or degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus.
