You can review the additional job description section on postings for documents that may be required.* Prior to submitting your application, please review and update (if necessary) the information in your candidate profile as it will transfer to your application.## Job Title:Marketing and Communications Specialist – Undergraduate Programs## Department:Fisher College | Marketing and CommunicationsDrive the development, implementation and execution of a nationwide awareness and reputation-building strategy for Fisher’s Undergraduate Program Office (UGPO) and the Fisher student journey with the goal of attracting top students from across the nation, enhancing the college’s rankings and highlighting the current student experience. Achieving this requires the creation of a comprehensive communication strategy for Fisher’s UGPO which includes: Developing and executing an annual communications and recruitment timeline; Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to reach all prospective and admitted students via email and nurture campaigns; Developing newsletters, orientation materials and program announcements in collaboration with UGPO staff to ensure clear and consistent messaging to students and parents; Sourcing and creating impactful student and program success stories for UGPO channels and/or for sharing with the Office of Marketing and Communications (OMC) for amplification through reputational content; Building a robust social media presence for the college that focuses on networking and relationship building of prospective and current students; Maintaining the UGPO web pages to ensure accurate and engaging content.Other duties will involve directing and managing the strategy, implementation and execution of the Buckeye 360 project, creating the UGPO Annual Report from concept to production, event and program promotion including Pace Setters and Commencement, supporting college initiatives and overseeing internal resources.The ideal candidate for this position can blend self-sufficiency with collaboration ― with the ability to create deliverables independently while also bringing a collaborative mindset to all projects. Other key skills include attention to detail and the ability to translate strategic goals into impactful marketing tactics and initiatives. The candidate must have a passion for higher education and an understanding of targeting prospective undergraduate students to maintain a cohesive and professional brand for Fisher Undergraduate Programs while fostering a sense of community and pride.**Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field. Six years of professional marketing and/or communication experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Demonstrated knowledge of digital and non-digital advertising campaigns**.** Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in social media management, content development and website maintenance**Desired Qualifications:** Eight years of professional marketing and/or communication experience. Familiarity with reputational and brand marketing, enrollment marketing, and higher education environments. Experience targeting prospective undergraduate students through marketing and communications strategies. Knowledge of Salesforce and university admissions processes.## Additional Information:The target hiring range for this job profile is $81,800 - $106,900. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.## Location:Fisher Hall (0249)## Position Type:Regular## Scheduled Hours:40## **Shift:**First Shift***Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
