Position Summary

The Marketing Campaign Specialist is a hands-on executor responsible for driving measurable conversions across the school’s prospective donor and family pipelines. This role builds and launches email workflows, designs marketing assets, manages campaign-related social content, and continually improves funnel performance through data-informed iteration. Ideal candidates thrive on execution, take ownership of conversion outcomes, and have strong design and copywriting skills. The role is based at the Martindale-Brightwood campus, with work flexibility options.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Funnel Optimization

Implement marketing funnels and campaigns developed in collaboration with marketing leadership, admissions, and advancement teams.

Build and deploy journey-based email workflows, landing pages, and digital/print marketing assets.

Test and optimize messaging, layout, CTAs, and campaign sequencing to improve conversion performance.

Continuously analyze funnel metrics and recommend adjustments to increase engagement and conversion rates.

Content & Asset Development

Design campaign assets using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.

Write persuasive copy that aligns with prospective donor motivations and prospective parent decision-making drivers.

Support creation of campaign-related video, social, or storytelling content in collaboration with the communications team.

Channel Management

Manage and publish content on social media channels tied to donor and admissions campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Build and send donor newsletters and admissions-focused email campaigns.

Assist in the execution and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads).

Performance Reporting

Track pipeline KPIs such as inquiry generation, email engagement rates, application completions, donor engagement, and cost per lead.

Prepare regular performance summaries and recommend iterative improvements to strengthen campaign ROI.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

1–3 years of hands-on marketing execution experience

Proficiency with email automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Kit)

Strong graphic design skills with demonstrated Adobe Creative Suite experience

Strong copywriting ability for segmented audiences

Proven ability to track and improve conversion-related metrics (CTR, open rate, completion rate, etc.)

Self-motivated executor who takes ownership of campaign performance and delivery

Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church

Demonstrates and represents a commitment to the mission and values of The Oaks Academy in all personal and professional activities

Preferred:

Experience with paid digital advertising (social or search)

Familiarity with donor cultivation or admissions marketing pipelines
