We are seeking a Video Editor (Post‑Production) to join our Creative and Marketing team. In this role you’ll transform raw footage into polished, on‑brand content that tells compelling stories and elevates MAPEI’s presence across digital, social, and internal platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors and Creative Managers, using DaVinci Resolve Studio with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual design skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and manages multiple projects independently with precision and style. Key Responsibilities Edit a wide range of video content, including tutorials, product demos, social ads, and branded stories. Organize and distill raw footage into clear, engaging narratives aligned with brand standards. Apply color grading, sound balancing, and light compositing for a professional finish. Deliver content in multiple formats (horizontal, vertical, square) optimized for each platform. Add captions, overlays, and light motion graphics to enhance clarity and engagement. Maintain consistent post‑production workflows, including file naming, tagging, and archiving in the DAM. Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to refine edits and ensure brand alignment. Stay current with editing trends, social formats, and new post‑production techniques. Manage multiple deadlines and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Proactively identify ways to improve creative processes and workflows. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Arts, or related field. 3+ years of experience in post‑production with an agency, studio, or marketing team. Expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio (editing, color grading, compositing, audio). Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as Fusion or After Effects. Knowledge of file management, metadata, and DAM workflows. Experience with tools such as Frame.io, BlackMagic Cloud, or StudioBinder. Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to cut from script, storyboard, or loose brief. Excellent organization, communication, and time‑management skills. Experience with 3D tools (Blender or Cinema 4D) and audio post‑production a plus. Ability to travel occasionally for shoots or events.
