We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Springfield, MO. This is a dynamic role for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with execution, supporting campaigns from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives, including:

• Product Launches & Promotions – Create and coordinate marketing materials, flyers, email campaigns, and product communications.
• E-Commerce & Content Management – Support digital content creation, image editing, and online catalog management.
• Marketing Operations – Manage apparel and promotional requests, vendor communications, and branch‑level marketing support.
• Tradeshows & Events – Coordinate logistics, branded materials, and sponsorship support.
• Email Campaigns & Communications – Build, schedule, and distribute engaging campaigns for internal and external audiences.
• Creative Collateral – Design presentations, flyers, order forms, and other materials to keep our brand presence strong.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who can also work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
